摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most frequently diagnosed cancers, with a high mortality rate globally. The pathophysiology CRC mainly initiated by alteration in gene expression, leading to dysregulation multiple signalling pathways and cellular processes. Metabolic reprogramming important hallmarks CRC, which involves adaptive changes tumour cell metabolism sustain energy requirements for rapid proliferation. There are several mechanisms metabolic cells, such as aerobic glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation, lactate fatty acids metabolism. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) class non-coding RNAs that responsible post-transcriptional regulation expression. Differential expression miRNAs has been shown play an role different aspects tumorigenesis, proliferation, apoptosis, drug resistance, well reprogramming. Increasing evidence also reports could function potential regulators cells. This review provides insight into regulating cells discuss biomarkers or therapeutic targets
