摘要: Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza (VAM) plays a very important role in improving plant drought resistance abilities. A pot experiment was conducted during the 2008–2009 strawberry growing season greenhouse at Baoding, Hebei Province, China, aiming exploring influence of VAM on tolerance and elucidating interaction mechanism. Three treatments were designed our study, including routine water supply treatment (CK-WW), stress with fungi (GM-DS), without (CK-DS). Four indicators each measured, respectively, protective enzyme activity, pigment content, plasma membrane, osmoregulation. The results showed that inoculated can increase osmoregulation, antioxidant capacity membranaceous, especially activity catalase (CAT) ascorbate peroxidase (APX). Inoculating plants under could also lead to increasing content leaf pigment, accelerating accumulation free praline soluble protein, transport speed sugar, restraining decomposition chlorophyll, decreasing malondialdehyde membrane conductivity, H+-ATPase activity.
