摘要: Abstract Eruca sativa is an agronomically important oilseed crop with many industrial applications. The present study was undertaken to assess genetic relationships along few phenotypic traits among 30 genotypes of E. PCR based ISSR primers. Fifteen primers were used and total 168 reproducible bands produced, which 160 polymorphic average 10.6 per primer. Discriminating power (D) ranged between 0.13 (IS- 9) 0.98 21) value 0.73. A high level polymorphism found in selected genotypes. Clustering done using UPGMA analysis the distributed six major clusters. Jaccard's similarity coefficient range 0.10–0.95. Nei's distance also estimated oil content fatty acids seed measured all Erucic acid (EA) individual correlated cluster increasingly EA containing grouped together a single cluster. On basis our results, it can be concluded that RTM-577, RTM-789, RTM-1361 RTM-1212 are most diverse Thus, these could better candidates for industries future breeding programs.
