摘要: Rainbow trout fry syndrome and cold-water disease, caused by Flavobacterium psychrophilum, are important diseases in farmed salmonids. Some of the presently available techniques for detection Fl. psychrophilum either time consuming or lack sufficient sensitivity. In present investigation, possible from fish tissue water samples was examined using nested PCR with DNA probes against a sequence 16S rRNA genes. The extracted Chelex(R) 100 chelating resin. primers, which were tested strains isolated diseased fish, healthy farm environments reference strains, proved to be specific psychrophilum. obtained limit seeded into rainbow brain 0.4 cfu tube, corresponding 17 mg-1 tissue. PCR-assay more sensitive than agar cultivation injected non-sterile fresh 1.7 110 ml-1 water. detected taken farm, but could not inoculation on selective agar. method presented here has potential detect low levels samples, technique can useful tool understanding epidemiology
