摘要: A 45-year-old man presents with extensive burns after a house fire. Excision and grafting are recommended for management of his burns. Depending on the depth extent burn, early excision promote wound healing, reduce risk infection, shorten hospitalization but increase need blood transfusion, as compared conservative management.
