摘要: The present invention provides aspartyl-tRNA synthetase derived proteins (DRS polypeptides) with altered cysteine content, compositions comprising the same, and methods of using such polypeptides for treating or diagnosing a variety conditions. DRS have immunomodulatory properties, exhibit improved activity stability.
