摘要: Abstract The synthesis of 5-(sulfamoylmethyl)indoles bearing a two-carbon chain at C-3 (aminoethyl, acetate, hydroxyethyl, ethyl) either by the Grandberg modification Fischer indolization or intramolecular Heck reaction suitable o -halotrifluoroacetanilides is reported.
