摘要: Abstract Mouse genomic DNA contains multiple copies of sequences homologous to the Drosophila " Kruppel ," a member "gap" class developmental control genes fruit fly. The most interesting aspect region is that, like Xenopus TFIIIA, it finger-like folded domains capable binding nucleic acids. We have isolated six individual phages from mouse library on basis their homology finger-coding probes, and describe here sequence expression two such clones containing structures. Upon differentiation teratocarcinoma cell line F9 with retinoic acid cAMP, both was drastically reduced, in one instance undetectable. Each several other eukaryotic DNAs analyzed contained putative finger structures, indicating presence finger-containing multigene family higher organisms.
