摘要: Abstract In the friction welding of dissimilar base metals occurs an uneven heating in outside and inside zones materials what causes appearance various structures joint zone. Considering that objective is achieving homogeneous welded joint, imperative to analyze microstructure realized joint. By analysis, one can establish relationship between parameters structure appears each joint's characteristic zones. addition, it possible potential flaws during process discover for their order prevent those future. This paper presents a review analysis microstructures plane two different steels, high-speed steel carbon tempering. The experiment consisted varying (friction pressure time) monitoring micro zone its immediate vicinity, both from side tempering HS steel, as well defining present phases compounds. emphasis was set on melting mixing carbides created welding.
