摘要: Purpose. To study the relationship of reaction time to psychometric function in normal subjects, sensitivity test locations patients with glaucoma, and 10 20 dB loss glaucoma. Methods. The authors tested glaucoma age-matched volunteers Humphrey perimeter, first program 24-2 then method constant stimuli generate frequency seeing curves. At two widely separated visual field on grid, they presented 2-dB intervals, either side threshold, at 0 60 (15 repetitions per intensity). For chose a location an area loss. Results. Analysis variance post hoc t-tests showed that (RT) 0-dB intensity was prolonged by approximately 90 msec abnormal compared control groups (P < 0.0001). However, this difference accounted for only 4 reaching 100% seen brightest stimulus moderately damaged location. Reaction 50% estimated threshold no significant differences among groups. Prolongation RT from value analyzed as increasing attenuation intensity. results fit equation = + b(Intensity) 3 all Conclusions. There is between subjects or suprathreshold stimuli. increases after power up threshold.
