摘要: The widely varying different approaches to the total synthesis of indoloquinoline alkaloid neocryptolepine are discussed. Aspects relating isolation natural product from Cryptolepis sanguinolenta, as well its performance in various biological tests and spectroscopic studies involving product, also reviewed.
