摘要: A toy doll or article comprising a main body, variable length appendage having root end attached to the body and an outer free end, at least one flexible elongate element threaded through along thereof outwardly of being slidable sufficiently ruffle unruffle when slid inwardly vary appendage. In doll, includes plurality hair-like strands which are bundled together as by braiding bands encircling selected locations spaced bundle. The bundle held holding band preferably in relatively tight engagement with frictionally hold against movement may be ribbon. Two elements employed provide easy quick shortening progressively pulling apart their ends apply force overcoming frictional resistance provided thereby causing moved elements.
