摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes different tumors induced by strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Tumor induction agrobacteria is a largely unknown process that controlled agrobacterial plasmid genes and possibly also chromosomal the bacteria. During tumor induction, bacteria penetrate intercellular spaces wound sites on plants injured cells multiply then attach to specific at cell walls adjacent healthy cells. Agrobacteria do not plant but transform them into cells, probably transferring piece DNA them. The bacterial in called T-DNA. T-DNA part large present virulent Some transcribed RNA some molecules have polyadenylic acid their 3´ end, which characteristic eukaryotic mRNA.
