摘要: We analyze the role of works councils for use performance appraisals (PA). distinguish between incidence PA systems as intended by firm and their actual implementation on level individual employee.,We draw two complementary data sets. These are German Linked Personnel Panel (LPP), which combines firm-based information with provided several those employees, Socio-Economic (SOEP), is a representative longitudinal study persons living in Germany.,We find that tend to promote rather than restrict PA. Employees working establishments council more likely face formal procedure.
