摘要: Context Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine initiation rates are persistently lower than for other adolescent-recommended vaccines. Assessment and feedback interventions a recommended strategy improving vaccination rates. Objective To provide guide implementing multipartner intervention to increase HPV Setting Nine primary care facilities within the Kaiser Permanente Northwest (KPNW) health system. Intervention In 2015-2016, we implemented system-wide assessment promote vaccination. partnership with Centers Disease Control Prevention, Oregon Immunization Program, KPNW's leadership, developed an education session combining information on infection, parental communication strategies, facility-specific coverage data. Results Twelve months postintervention, dose 1 increased from 71% 72% among females 65% 68% males. Conclusions A collaborative approach was critical engaging leadership enlisting support providers developing appropriate materials clinical audiences.
