摘要: This study reports a piezoelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) polymer-based sensor patch for respiration detections in dynamic walking condition. The working mechanism of signal generation is based on the periodical deformations human chest wall during respiratory movements, which turn mechanically stretch PVDF film to generate corresponding electrical signals. In this study, sensing was completely encapsulated within forming mass-spring-damper mechanical system prevent noises generated To verify design noises, experimental investigations were carried out. Results demonstrated signals and rates measured by proposed line with same measurements commercial effort transducer both static (e.g., sitting) or walking) As whole, has developed PVDF-based capable monitoring respirations condition high fidelity. Other distinctive features include its small size, light weight, ease use, low cost, portability. All these make it promising device monitor particularly home care units.
