We report first prenatal diagnosis of isolated nevus that presented 19 weeks' gestation as large exophytic tumor scalp. This case emphasizes crucial role ultrasound examination performed with high-frequency probes, which revealed associated diffuse lesions face. Identification such facial involvement could have dramatic prognostic impact. © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
