摘要: Large-scale engineering projects have traditionally dominated the subject of project management. Today, however, management has become a core business process for most organisations. This paper argues that academic and many practices lagged this change. Particular problems are identified with role strategy planning, units assessment, planning itself body knowledge subject. An alternative view is proposed based on an integrative model areas further development identified.
