摘要: The biochemical mechanism of p53 in the control cell growth is not completely understood. Considerable evidence implicates regulation gene transcription as a action controlling growth. protein does resemble factor1–5 that it has an acidic domain can transactivate reporter genesG6–12 and basic carboxyl terminal bind nonspecifically to DNA13 (Fig. 4.1).
