摘要: Publisher Summary Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) is a Zn-enzyme localized in the cytosol and occurring tissues body fluids of all organisms. LAP, crystallized at first from bovine eye lens, TM shows total or partial immunological identity different vertebrates (liver, kidney) also vertebrate species. Immunological assay can establish phylogenetic relationship between LAP man, cattle, frog spanning an evolutionary time about 280 million years. lens nearly identical with enzyme pig kidney. However, it clearly its substrate specificity behavior particle-bound (aminopeptidase EC 3.4.11.2) kidney described by Himmelhoch. This chapter elaborates procedure for preparation crystallization, key physical kinetic properties purity. It on several methods to determine activity leucine aminopeptidase.
