摘要: This chapter presents a method for usability diagnosis of webpages based on time analysis clickstream data. The resulting diagnostic reports enable website managers to learn about possible barriers. Different design deficiencies are associated with different patterns exceptional navigation. the integration stochastic Bayesian and Markov models estimating analyzing visitors’ mental activities during their interaction website. Based this approach, seven-layer model data is proposed an example log analyzer that implements presented. describes state-of-the-art techniques tools implementing these methods maps areas future research.
