摘要: Results from a study of the influence macromonomer (MM) composition on properties high-biomass content adhesive polymers are reported. Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) synthesized through miniemulsion polymerization n-butyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, and methacrylic acid with lactide-containing MMs. The MMs generated bulk ring-opening polymerizations lactide ϵ-caprolactone 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. Both meso-lactide L-lactide were used to produce various chain lengths compositions. It was found that show strong dependency both type utilized. Standard tests run PSAs demonstrate MM can be provide significant control over perfromance properties.
