摘要: The newest laboratory method for modulating gene expression, RNA interference (RNAi), has gained rapid interest throughout the world of molecular research, and is being actively pursued as next “gene-targeted medicine.” RNAi a process in which double-stranded (dsRNA) directs specific degradation corresponding target mRNA. This article describes main ideas, approaches, technological directions that may guide medical researcher interested using methodologies to identify develop new drug candidates.
