摘要: Main-group element compounds were among the first developed in modern era as pharmaceutical preparations for treatment of a wide variety human ailments; it is now recognized that many these elements exist traditional medicine societies, example, arsenic. The use main-group contemporary continues of, depression (Li), stomach ulcers (Bi), cancer (As and Ga), leishmaniasis (Sb). Not surprisingly, new elements, other continue to be investigated their potential therapies. In this chapter, therapeutic agents outlined also, where understood, comments on biological targets mechanisms action. Further, key advances applications are evaluated.
