摘要: In order to improve the bioactivity of lactose, a novel lactose derivative is designed and synthesized by introducing an amino group C-6 lactose. The in vitro antioxidant activities derivatives are assessed. It shows better scavenging activity against hydrogen peroxide (IC50<0.1mgmL(-1)), hydroxyl radicals (IC50 0.55mgmL(-1)), DPPH 0.37mgmL(-1)) than Based on this data, it reasonable propose that introduction through chemical modification significant enhance free This derivatization strategy might provide effective tool broaden utilization
