摘要: The normal cardiac cycle consists of two phases, systole and diastole, which are repeated over time to maintain an adequate output. has been traditionally regarded as the main capital phase, leaving at diastole a secondary process almost forgotten. However, today we know that is crucial stage in functioning heart. Its dysfunction can lead even cases with preserved systolic function heart failure. About half patients new diagnoses failure have or near global ejection fractions. These diagnosed “diastolic failure” “heart fraction” (Zipes et al., 2011).
