摘要: Dielectric properties of low-firing Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)1−xTi x O3-Bi2O3/Li2O ceramics are studied in this work. With the addition Bi2O3/Li2O eutectic composition, sintering temperature PMN1−xPT could be lowered to 900° C. Relaxor behaviour is enhanced by incorporation due substitution Bi+3/Li+ into framework. composition used as a fluxing agent, Curie shifter and depressor. Evaporation PbO during firing checked examined via energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) X-ray diffraction (XRD) clarify shifting depressing effect Bi2O3/Li2O.
