摘要: The intraperitoneal administration of CDP-choline to gerbils (Meriones unguiculatus) partially prevented the changes lipid metabolism found in brain after ischemia due carotid occlusion. increase diglyceride pool and its content radioactivity, arachidonate labelling, was almost completely corrected by treatment. free fatty acids, ischemia, unaltered. decrease phosphatidylcholine labelling administered CDP-choline.
