摘要: This article describes some types of growth in plexiform neurofibroma (PNF) on magnetic resonance images (MRI). tumor is almost exclusively associated with NF1. On MRI, the depicted as a hyperintensive area T 2 -weighted images. We distinguished 3 patterns growth: first, superficial and non-invasive tumors, that are restricted to cutis subcutis, only eventually having outgrowth muscles beneath slow growing. Second, displacing PNF develop deeper layers skin or within body. They can grow large extent but do not invade adjacent skin. Thirdly, invasive type no visible margins cannot be resected without structures organs. A combination these tumors sometimes noted, e.g. tumorous nerve developing lumpy, PNF. These categories might used current guideline for medical advice, surgical treatment planning medication trials.
