摘要: Glycosylation of therapeutic proteins has a profound impact on their safety and efficacy. Many factors shape the glycosylation biotherapeutics, ranging from expression systems cell culture processes to downstream purification strategies. Various analytical technologies have been developed address questions concerning different aspects glycosylation. Informatics tools are also crucial for systematic understanding processes. Hence, an integrated approach is required harness production optimal consistent glycoprotein-based drugs. Here, we review latest developments challenges in analysis control context bioprocessing monoclonal antibodies.
