摘要: The blockchain technology in the traffic scene is developing rapidly recently. In this area, distributed system based like has been standing out with its decentralization, data-innovation and data transparency. We propose a real-time non-motor vehicle violation detecting approach, which can detect collect information of integrated into smart management system. luminance balancing pre-processing steps to address problem brightness change background. use refined codebook algorithm motion part, then judging criteria on feature matching obtain information. Experiments application have shown effectiveness efficiency our approach.
