摘要: Quantum yields of triplet‐state formation in benzene vapor have been determined at several wavelengths by the method Cundall. From 2520 to 2668 A, values average about 0.63 if one excludes those a single wavelength 2535.5 A. At this higher value is obtained, and its possible significance briefly discussed. 2420 A yield small may be zero. Fluorescent scanned for ranges few Angstrom units from 2400 2600 Above there no significant change with wavelength. The trends these results are discussed, it pointed out that detailed discussion theory photochemistry has little because data now available not sufficient test any theory.
