摘要: The egg cortex, though poorly defined (11), is often implicated as an important determinant of morphogenesis in amphibian and mollusc development (13, 14). Recently, for example, Arnold (1) has demonstrated that irradiation the squid cortex with a UV microbeam specifically inhibits embryonic eyes arms. grey crescent cortical region well known organization center primary neural axis embryo. Pasteels (13), reviewing experiments on eggs, postulates yolk-cortex interaction system causal factor establishing axial embryo, view formulated earlier by Dalcq 1936. Curtis (4, 5) reported induction secondary after transplantation at fertilized stage Xenopus. Although his were few number have not been repeated, results support site storage developmental information.
