摘要: The CCAAT-enhancer binding protein (C/EBP) has now been found to promote the terminal differentiation of adipocytes. During normal course adipogenesis, C/EBP expression is restricted a phase wherein proliferative growth arrested, and specialized cell phenotype first manifested. A conditional form was developed, making it feasible test its capacity regulate cultured Premature in adipoblasts caused direct cessation mitotic growth. Moreover, when abetted by effects three adipogenic hormones, promoted differentiation. Since expressed variety tissues, may have fundamental role regulating balance between higher animals.
