摘要: The cell body of a lesioned neuron must receive accurate and timely information on the site extent axonal damage, in order to mount an appropriate response. Specific mechanisms therefore exist transmit such along length axon from lesion body. Three distinct types signals have been postulated underlie this process, starting with injury-induced discharge potentials, continuing two retrogradely transported macromolecular signals. latter includes, one hand, interruption normal supply trophic factors target, and, other activated proteins originating injury site. This chapter reviews progress understanding different mechanistic aspects response injury, how is conveyed initiate regeneration.
