摘要: The two-dimensional models of the space-charge-limited (SCL) current density at short pulse limit for which electron length is comparable or smaller than transit time across gap (i.e., XCL⩽1) have been developed. In particular, scaling laws short-pulse SCL emission in a planar diode with circular emitting strip and cylindrical finite obtained verified particle-in-cell simulation.
