摘要: ABSTRACTCoal-fired power generation produces huge amounts of fly ash and bottom different properties. Coal contains many naturally occurring radionuclides, which on burning are enriched in the ashes; their discharge to environment may cause significant exposure public this technologically enhanced radioactive material. Most these nuclides tend become particle bound hence adsorbed particles. It is thus important assess behavior radionuclides under combustion phase. To study phase, i.e., combusted coal ashes, radioactivity measurement samples from plants was carried out using alpha γ-ray spectrometry. The activity 210Po ranged 12.6 91.3 Bq kg−1, while range concentrations 238U, 226Ra, 232Th, 40K were 56.1–133, 44.3–119, 9.3–144, 34.5–221 Bq respectively. Partitioning behav...
