摘要: The clinicopathologic features of 178 patients with “non-hormonal” or “nonfunctioning” adrenocortical tumors are presented. No reliable, definite indication functional metastatic potential these can made from histopathologic examination; all should viewed malignant. capable forming precursor steroids without hormonal activity. Hence they not fact “non-functioning.” Their primarily surgical, but postoperative radiotherapy administered if there residual tumor.
