摘要: Abstract Subjective well-being is not just a product of situational and dispositional factors, but also based in part on underlying circadian rhythms. A pilot study was conducted order to examine subjective components which are affected by sleep. Sleep parameters, mood, cognitive alertness satisfaction were assessed participants, through self-monitoring over period 14 consecutive days. We concluded that self-assessed resting level upon waking statistically significantly predictor the mood it greater extent than skills, denoting importance sleep quality for daily well-being.
