摘要: Abstract: The grape breeding industry is dynamic, with new cultivars being released annually. In recent years there has been interest in to develop a gene wider ecological adaptation and provide response viral pathogens. To achieve these goals, biotechnological approaches plant disease are employed. Genomic studies genetic markers can significantly speed up the selection of resistant seedlings. Natural virus resistance may be exploited by transfer genes from genotypes. Plant transformation become an essential tool for molecular biologists, genetically improved plants focus many programs. Integration diverse biological sources into genomes promises broaden pool tailor varieties specific traits. This chapter presents characterization localization T-DNA insertion grapevines carrying origin. Detailed analyses have revealed crucial factors that influence transgene expression. Plants appear respond infection activating post-transcriptional silencing mechanism.
