摘要: This chapter discusses interleukin (IL)-7, which is an important lymphopoietin that plays a critical role in both B- and T-cell development. IL-7 promotes expansion of T lymphocytes exhibiting antigen-specific reactivity. may be implemented to promote strong effective immune responses against tumor cells, or directed microbial viral infections. It also useful reconstituting effective, functional system after bone marrow transplantation, helping design novel strategies for reconstitution patients with cancer HIV infection. serves as the major growth differentiation factor thymic extrathymic development γ∂ + lymphocytes. effector functions lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells mono-cytesmacrophages, modulates quantity quality vitro vivo .
