摘要: Abstract We demonstrated different transduction efficiency in several major organs of the immature (newborn) versus mature (adult) mice using adenoviral recombinants containing expression cassettes for either firefly luciferase or bacterial β-galactosidase reporter genes. The studied tissues included skeletal muscle, heart, brain, lung, kidney, and liver. all tissues, especially was significantly less adults than newborns, with two exceptions. In same newborns adults, while it greater adult newborn. cited differences efficiencies between newborn applied approximately equally to both α v integrin level showed trend as except heart. Polymerase chain reaction a specific product proportion gene brain. results this study should be considered designing therapy strategies genetic diseases.
