摘要: One critical performance parameter associated with feed systems for reflectors or other focused antennas is the phase center position. Maximum aperture efficiency obtained when positioned at reflector focal point. Although horn are most common feeds reflectors, lens bolometer detectors integrated its base configuration [1] millimeter and, especially, sub-millimeter waves imaging and radiometric applications. Unlike horns, where position normally located close to plane, of lenses very dependent upon shape may even be far out from body. However, bolometers used under test, only amplitude measurements can obtained, preventing usual calculation radiation pattern information. In this communication an alternative procedure based on power proposed evaluated. Corresponding results a double-shell dielectric compared those same method measured pattern. The uses auxiliary collimated in small anechoic chambers.
