摘要: Beta-lactamases are the commonest cause of a resistance gram-negative bacteria to beta-lactam antimicrobial agents. The introduction third- and fourth-generation cephalosporins into clinical practise is reason an evolution new beta-lactamases being able hydrolyze these antibiotics. Extended-spectrum (ESBLs) major group enzymes. Most ESBLs mainly structural mutants penicillinases TEM-1, TEM-2 SHV-1. For several reasons, ESBL-producing isolates should, by definition, be reported as resistant all penicillins, monolactams. Due seriously reduced antibiotic choice for infections caused bacteria, pose serious problem. This review will focus on characterization identification ESBLs, interpretation sensitivity testing results ESBL producing appropriate treatment ESBL-producers.
