摘要: Perovskite-related compounds have been investigated in many fields, because they various unique properties due to their compositions and structures which are characterized by combinations of the A B cations. In addition, defect perovskite-type also areas, especially as ion conductors. this study, we used A-site oxygen-deficient perovskite, Sr3Al2O6, a photoluminescent host material. This means that sites were able substitute several ions. We A3Al2O6:Eu2+ phosphor material (A = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) produced solid state reaction kinds atmospheres. Based on our results, showed wide excitation emission bands 300–400 nm 450–600 nm, respectively. The color control depended substitution ratio. It is very useful for white LEDs.
