摘要: OBJECTIVE:: To investigate the influence of professional dance training on peak torque ratio plantar flexion to dorsiflexion (PF/DF), angle replication ability, and balance in comparison age-matched gender-matched controls. The effects injuries sustained before during study time period were also assessed. DESIGN:: Prospective nonrandomized intervention study. SETTING:: Premises Orthopedic University Hospital, Heidelberg, where measuring apparatus belonging hospital was used for tests. PARTICIPANTS:: One group 42 dancers (31 female, 11 male) (State Academy) 40 controls with no prior or specific sport training. MAIN OUTCOME MEASUREMENTS:: Isokinetic tests at 30 degrees /s 120 /s, a passive angle-replication test (Biodex system 3), 1-legged standing each carried out 2 measurement dates (M1, M2): beginning season (M1) after 5 months such (M2). Symptoms and/or this ascertained continuously by means questionnaires interviews. RESULTS:: A significant increase PF observed both dancer groups male between M1 M2. PF/DF At M2, differences could be found controls, but female groups. However, groups, not significantly In test, consistent improvement M2 either there did better than total 7 ankle recorded, difference injured uninjured subjects proprioceptive M1, as predicator, residual. CONCLUSIONS:: Dance within months, women Ballet alone without concurrent additional coordinative does lead improvements joint position sense improved measures observation.
