摘要: The ovarian follicle is the basic functional unit of ovary, and comprised an outer layer theca cells, separated by a basement membrane from inner granulosa which in turn surround oocyte-cumulus cell complex. In response to pituitary gonadotropins, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing (LH), prolactin (PRL), able differentiate with regard steroidogenesis receptor induction, as well produce fertilizable ovum adequate corpus luteum. key anterior glycoprotein initiation follicular maturation differentiation FSH. During reproductive life, FSH released orchestrated cyclic fashion subject endocrine control.
