摘要: In this work not only colloids of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) embedded with silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) but thin films (10 nm) also were deposited using electrospray deposition technique (ESD). A mixture sodium borohydride (NaBH4) and ascorbic acid (AA) utilized to reduce the ions generate Ag-NPs in PAA matrix. Moreover, tricitrate was used stabilize prepared colloids. The obtained characterized UV-visible, transmission electron microscopy (TEM). UV-Vis results reveal that an absorption peak at 425 nm observed presence PAA-AgNO3-AA-citrate-NaBH4. This is attributed well-known surface plasmon resonance bound Ag-NPs, while reduction rendering and/or inhibiting absence AA citrate. FTIR spectroscopy study mechanism reaction process nitrate PAA. TEM images showed well dispersion matrix average particle size 8 nm. antimicrobial studies have proven a significant activity against E. coli, B. subtilis, C. albicans.
