摘要: Preparation of highly homogeneous disperse ions multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) has vital effect on their applications. In this research, the ultrasonication and heat treatment were used to prepare suspensions MWCNTs using N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as dispersant innovatively. The characterized by UV–Vis absorbance spectroscopy, adsorption isotherm, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscope fourier transform infrared. experimental results showed that optimum concentration DMF was 0.9 g/L, best sonication time 30 min temperature 50°C; TEM AFM images agglomeration bundles broken up, thickness decreased because incorporation DMF. addition, dispersing mechanism is molecules get into space break up aggregation, amide groups easily form intermolecular hydrogen bonds decrease surface tension. Using had a remarkable effect, dispersed may be added cement-based materials or other composite improve performance.
