摘要: Resume L’oncologie interventionnelle se developpe rapidement grâce aux progres en imagerie et dans les dispositifs medicaux. Bien que traitements proposes soient recents donc encore incompletement valides guidelines, ils permettent de proposer des a but curateur plus patients avec une invasivite tres moderee. Les destructions tumorales percutanees, lorsqu’elles sont appliquees sur population selectionnee metastases moins 2 a 3 cm nombre inferieur 3, presentent efficacite locale equivalente la chirurgie resection, epargne parenchymateuse importante ; ceci aussi bien pour pulmonaires qu’hepatiques. intra-arteriels hepatiques (chimiotherapie, radioembolisation, chimioembolisation), aujourd’hui moyen « rattrapage » apres echec chimiotherapie, evaluation lignes precoces traitement.
